PayPal Tells Buyer To Destroy Purchased Violin Instead Of Return For Refund

Rather than have the violin returned to me, PayPal made the buyer DESTROY the violinin order to get his money back. They somehow deemed the violin as “counterfeit” even though there is no such thing in the violin world.

Nice one Paypal. I think I need to look for a new CC processor today. That’s one crazy policy. Why not have the buyer simply return the item in question?

About me

Shopify themer, oyster eater, concert goer....

Hi! I 'm Jamie Sutton. I own Evolution Design Inc and reside in sunny Charleston (which really isn't in South Carolina- it's a world away). I love designing and illustration. I make web sites and e-commerce sites and love working with local companies to help them come to grips with all the new technology. I help them harness all the goodness that the web can bring and try to make it fun.
